General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33md platform and all its associated services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or participating in any games or betting activities, you become legally bound by these Terms.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Only one account is permitted per individual. If the same person creates multiple accounts, 33md reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit the deposits.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or misleading information will result in account closure, and your entire balance may be forfeited.

- The payment method must be registered in the account holder's name.
Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the total combined amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
- Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
- Different rules may apply to the use of bonuses on specific games.
- A promotion can only be claimed once — repeated use is prohibited.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
33md's VIP program has four tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular play, and weekly cashback benefits are available:

- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Game Results
All games on 33md use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are entirely random and impartial. Once a game is completed, its result cannot be changed.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game result is unclear or a transaction remains incomplete due to a technical error, 33md will treat the last valid result as final. We are not responsible for losses caused by server downtime.
6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules
The following rules apply to bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:
- Any bet can be cancelled before a match begins.
- Live bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, betting rules will be determined in accordance with international sporting rules.
- To appeal a result, you must contact support within 24 hours of the result being published.
Prohibited Activities
The account of any user involved in any of the following activities will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited:
- Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Operating games with the help of software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game system.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.
- Impersonating 33md staff or spreading misleading information.
- Any form of fraudulent activity on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
33md makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, we are not liable in the following situations:
- Losses in games or bets due to loss of internet connection.
- Issues with the user's own device or software.
- Service interruption during unplanned server maintenance.
- Delays or issues with third-party payment services.
- Service suspension due to legal obligations.
